Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. This will auto-renew each month on the date you first purchased your subscription. We will send you a confirmation email each month once your order is ready to be shipped.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or pause your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
At this stage we unfortunately do not have the ability for you to change the products you receive each month yourself through your account. However, if you wish to do this please email us and we will happily change this manually for you.
