VESPER
Conceived by Ian Fleming himself and named by Bond after introduction to the beautiful Vesper Lynd. In the course of the events of Casino Royale Bond orders "Three measure of gin, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake it very well until it's ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon peel."
Those are our proportions exactly, all you need do is give the bottle a sharp shake before pouring and spritz for lemon.
VODKA
The martini Bond gravitates to after the conclusion of Casino Royale. This martini truly requires an outstanding vodka to enjoy it best. We have chosen Beluga Noble Russian Vodka. Hailing from the tundra of Siberia, the triple filtering process through first charcoal, followed by silver and sand, gives an unbelievably smooth finish.
Topped with a dash of Dolin Chambery Dry vermouth to keep it perfectly dry, simply pour then add a twist of lemon using the spritz.
DIRTY
Executed perfectly this drink is a true delight and a very guilty pleasure. A classic martini with the addition of olive brine, selection of ingredients and proportioning is essential to elevate this cocktail.
We are using only the best brine from the very best olives, nocellara del belice from Sicily, which flavours the drink without being overly salty. If you have never tried a dirty martini before we guarantee you are in for a treat. Pour, drop in an olive or serve completely naked.
SIGNATURE
Our classic gin martini was a must to include in a collection exploring the variety of the family. Constructed with Portobello Road No. 171 Gin and Dolin Chambery original French dry vermouth, the result is a beautifully full flavoured and crisp, dry martini.
